I’m what you might call a religious freak. Not because I’m overly religious, but if you are anti-religious, then anyone who believes in anything can be considered a religious freak. It really just depends on your perspective.
I’m phycho:

Okay, so that header may not of made sense by itself; that’s why it’s called a header, it’s supposed to introduce what I’m about to say. With the success of headers that will follow this one, I will be introducing a concepts, more like a misconception about myself that you will have made by the end of this post if you haven’t already. Then, mostly for my own gratification but also to give you a better understanding of who I am so that you can appreciate what I have to say, I’m going to debunk every single one of these misconceptions.

So, bring ’em on, knock ’em down.

First off:

I’m not psycho.

That takes care of that.

Seriously, people think that if you believe in God you must be whacked-out. It’s not like I’m rejecting logic to believe in an intangible being of ultimate power. I won’t criticize you for what you believe… unless it’s stupid; no, I can respect your convictions even if I don’t agree and I hope you respect me for mine. There are many people who believe in a God or gods and they have reasons for doing so. All I want to say is that if you believe what you believe for any other reason than that you think with all your heart that it is true, you are psycho.

I’m not rejecting science:

Science has proven that science can’t prove anything. You cannot prove by science that even science exists, how could you prove by it that God does?

God exists outside of a physical and therefore observable universe. Science can’t observe God and it frustrates the entire field so much that they made rejecting God a religion. Even so much that they deny the existence of God: which takes excepting that there is a God to deny.

I can be both scientist and Christian. Actually I think the beliefs compliment each other, and science is a belief, not just a subject in primary school. The way it’s being taught in school it is it’s own religion.

 I’m not a preacher:

People think that if you believe in God, or if you are specifically a Christian that you are a preacher. Jehovah’s witnesses and their door-to-door salesmanship of so-called, “Christianity” has given religion at-large a bad name. Christians aren’t salesmen who never stop trying to sell you God, not all of them. Just like all Atheist aren’t ignorant bigots like the prejudice we’ve imposed upon each other states.

I come from my perspective as a Christian and that comes through most everything I write. But, that doesn’t mean I’m going to be preaching Hellfire and brimstone in every post.

Hi, this is me…

I don’t believe we have officially met. I’m an anomaly. In other words, I’m a Christian, fantasy/fiction author who travels full time singing, and lives on his tour bus that he is currently constructing. Who are you? What’s your story?

Understanding each other is the first step to conversation and friendship. We can resolve any conflict we have if we try to see things as others see them. This is life. This is me.

As always, thanks for reading.
